Invoices and Late Fees
Invoices are automated based on services rendered each week and are due upon receipt. They may be paid via Venmo (@Danielle-Bomar) or check (5625 Kristin Ln Brentwood, TN 37027). These are included at the bottom of each invoice.

Starting in 2019 our software will be sending automated overdue notices after 7 days and adding automated 10% LATE FEES after 15 days.


Cancellation Fee / Refund Policy
At MCPS we understand that plans may change and visits may need to be cancelled on short notice. However, due to the functionality of our software and our sitters' schedules being made in advance, any visit not cancelled online with at least 24 hours notice (48 hours during holidays) will be charged for in full.

In the event of visits cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, MCPS does not issue refunds, but will happily credit your account for future visits.

If you need to cancel a visit with less than 24 hours notice, cancellations cannot be made online and must be sent via text to 615-390-0706

24 Hour Rush Fee Policy
At MCPS we understand that emergencies arise and pets may need to be seen with less than 24 hours notice. We are gladly able to process any requests that we can with less than 24 hours notice, but there will be a Rush Fee added as sitter schedules must be rearranged with short notice. Less than 24 hours notice $5, less than 12 hours notice $10.

If you need to schedule a visit with less than 24 hours notice, MCPS will do our best to accommodate your needs, but requests cannot be made online and must be sent via text to 615-390-0706.

Holiday Fee Policy and Schedule
Regular Visits, Extended Visits, Overnight Stays, and Cage Free Boarding will have a $7 holiday fee applied per holiday visits. In general the day before, the day of, and the day after major holidays OR holiday weekends. (See schedule below)

This fee is waived the day before and the day after major holidays for those clients with regularly scheduled (4-5 per week) midday visits.
